Its forged steel blade and adze make it perfect for glacier walks to medium technical terrain or classic mountaineering on alpine peaks. The slightly curved shaft allows for easy self-arrest manoeuvres, while the aluminium handle is lightweight and easy to handle. 

This version features the clean handle without the rubber grip. It is a great choice if walking and plunging are its predominant uses.
